Arsène Wenger received will take a "miracle" to captain Arsenal Cesc Fabregas to be fit for Saturday's Barclays Premier League trip to Hull.

The Spanish midfielder missed the midweek Champions League victory over Porto because of hamstring problems that had seen limping out of the win against Burnley. Wenger will not take any risks before travel to the KC Stadium for Saturday's late kick-off.

"The possibility of play is 0.5% - which means that unless a miracle happens, he will not play. At this moment, Cesc out of the game Saturday," said Wenger. "We have little doubt about the [Tomas] Rosicky (groin), but we will check that on Friday morning."

He added: "No one else is back, but we will lose [Alex] Song, because he was suspended."

With William Gallas was absent due to a calf problem, Wenger will be hoping the veteran Sol Campbell could avoid facing relegation-threatened seizures Hull.

However, full-back Bacary Sagna was struggling with ankle injuries.

"Campbell looks better than expected. Sagna have ankle problems but we will judge that on Friday," said Wenger. "We'll see how it develops, that is, that I can play. We know that we have 48 hours to prepare for this game and quite necessary."

Gallas out of contract at the end of the season, and therefore free to talk with any club, with Roma reportedly tracking former Chelsea defender who turned 33 in August.

Wenger, though, convinced the French will extend stay at the Emirates Stadium.

"I'm not worried. He was under contract until June 30. We have not found consensus yet. I met with the agent again next Thursday and we will try to find solutions," said the Arsenal manager, who refused to be drawn on whether the long-point agreement difficult to resolve. "I want to keep all the secrets. I feel I should respect both parties and not out of the details of the negotiations."
